Homemade Iron Men Costumes from Down Under

During a few drinks at a New Years party 2012 / 2013, my brother and I talked about how cool it would be to suit up as Iron Men to celebrate his son’s birthday party in 6 months. I had an unfinished War Machine from IM2 movie, which I made out of EVA foam, but lost interest in the project.

We decided to dedicate our time in creating our Iron Man inspired suits. Originally, I was going to create the Iron Patriot/War Machine MK2, but with all the overwhelming inspiration, I set out to make both the Iron Patriot & the MK42. My brother was set on the Iron Man MK6

The theme for my nephew’s birthday was Super Heroes and his Captain America costume was coming along quite nicely.
