I found it! The “Needle in the Haystack”!!

This costume is an idea I came up with for a last-minute and inexpensive costume. The tulle costume have been very popular the last couple of years. I wanted to try making a few different ones.

This is a great beginner costume and needs no special skills or sewing machine. I attached a row of straw colored tulle to two crochet headbands. My grand daughter is wearing one tulle skirt at her waist and another tulle skirt across her chest. I found a coollie hat at the thrift store that I attached a few stands of tulle to the top center of the hat.

We live in Florida where October is usually too hot to wear heavy costumes, so this would be great for our region.
