Cute Last Minute Ninja Turtles Costume

We made the tutus for our last-minute Ninja Turtle costumes with some green tulle we had left over from St. Pattys day. I used a baking pan for the shell, spray-painted it green. We used white sports bras and tall white socks, and dyed them green.

We used body paint for the bellies and old T-shirts to cut off strips for head and knee bands.

We made these costumes in about 2 hours for a party and we got so many compliments. Definitely a hit!
