Castaway and Wilson DIY Couple Costume

For our Castaway and Wilson couple costume, “Tom Hanks” was produced with a wig, old cut up shorts, shoes with the toe cut out and a Fed Ex box. Wilson was produced with a large plastic pumpkin primed and painted white, poster board and red paint for “Wilsons” face, a Wilson headband with corn tassels and grass.

This will be a super fun unique costume. Not bad to wear, just a little difficult getting my hands together and sitting down, all in all I love how it turned out! We are anxious to get out and show it off! It was interesting making it, trying to get the arm holes right, at on point I almost got stuck in a plastic pumpkin, hilarious! Tell the grankids that one!
